Business core for small teams

Set up the workspace. Keep the business clean.

Portal gives small businesses a local-first command center for files, projects, records, documents, receipts, clients, and audit packages without forcing clients into internal team access.

1. Choose records and design routes

Keep business records, design work, deliverables, archive, and cloud backup separated without managing two systems.

2. Create project workspaces

Templates link folders, documents, finance evidence, client records, and exports back to one project.

3. Export audit-ready packages

Protected files, signed docs, receipts, and change logs stay readable if a user leaves Portal.

Local-first workspace setup

Create business records, design routes, archive routes, and cloud mirror routes only after the user approves the folder plan.

Project folders and templates

Turn client work, creator collaborations, internal drops, product launches, and service jobs into repeatable folder and document workflows.

Documents and signatures

Generate contracts, notices, invoices, summaries, and signing packets from mapped business, client, and project fields.

Receipt and finance evidence

Attach receipts, invoices, processor reports, bank records, and tax evidence to transactions and projects.

Cloud backup and sync rules

Mirror selected records to cloud providers without silently overwriting protected or audit-locked files.

Audit export packages

Export readable audit packages so users can leave Portal without losing access to their files and records.

Local-first desktop app

Portal is installed locally for fast managed files, folder routing, evidence capture, document workflows, and app adapter workflows.

Account-gated access

Users sign up on portalops.studio, billing is verified through the API, then the desktop app unlocks when the subscription is active or trialing.

Cloud connections

Google Drive and Dropbox callbacks run through the API. OneDrive can be added later when the Microsoft app setup is complete.
